sociedadesanonimas.uy was created as a natural extension of GlobalTax, a boutique law firm specialising in legal structuring, tax strategy and regulation. In response to growing demand for company formation and corporate management services, we built a platform dedicated exclusively to simplifying these processes.
The firm is led by Marcelo Casciotti, Doctor of Law and Master in Tax Law and Practice from the Universidad de Montevideo, with extensive experience in financial regulation, compliance and corporate governance.

Lawyer, graduate of the Universidad de Montevideo. Advises local and foreign clients on commercial law, tax law and real estate investments, and advises corporate clients on the legal structuring of investment projects.
